HANDLE SOFTWARE ERROR

Sometime, if you cannot start software, there is message : "no internet connection or there is new version", try contact your software provider, is it any new soft ? if not, then try the following step :
1. download winsock fix  from here : http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/WinSockFix-Download-15337.html
2. run winsock fix.
3. restart your computer.
4. try open the software again.


Optimizing your DNS
1.  go to your desktop start>run>type : "services.msc"
2.  find DNS CLIENT , Click twice and try to disable it and stop it
3. done

Using google DNS
1.  Go to your TCP/IP setting
2.  set DNS into 8.8.8.8 and alternate dns into 8.8.4.4
3.   restart your connection

4. 6. Internet connection, at least 500 kbps

Step :
1. extract software with winrar
2. install or upgrade ur netframework 2 into netframework 3.5
3. run the software
4. click on start work
5. add your id and choose all cats
6. click login
7. add another id as you wish
8. click on the account in the list view with status "stand by"

9. Try type, and if you cannot see or read image, press "esc" button but not many time.
