Sometime, if you cannot start software, there is message : "no internet connection or there is new version", try contact your software provider, is it any new soft ? if not, then try the following step :
1. download winsock fix from here : http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/WinSockFix-Download-15337.html
2. run winsock fix.
3. restart your computer.
4. try open the software again.
Optimizing your DNS
1. go to your desktop start>run>type : "services.msc"
2. find DNS CLIENT , Click twice and try to disable it and stop it

Using google DNS
1. Go to your TCP/IP setting
2. set DNS into 8.8.8.8 and alternate dns into 8.8.4.4
3. restart your connection
